First up: two teammates bringing energy, experience, and fresh perspectives to the world of OOH) advertising: Ford Klier and Megan Fowkes.

👋 Meet Ford Klier

Account Executive

From digital campaigns to Boston marathons, Ford brings drive and purpose to everything he does.

Before joining OneScreen, Ford spent two and a half years at Audacy, managing digital campaigns and delivering standout radio activations for brands like Del’s Lemonade and Goodwin Procter. He got his start in client service at Dynata, where he discovered a passion for building strong partnerships through smart, data-informed deal management.

So, what drew Ford to OOH? It’s all about impact.

“OOH gives brands a chance to connect emotionally and creatively in real-world spaces,” he says. One campaign that stuck with him? Rippling’s “Because HR Deserves Better” – a smart, bold message that left a lasting impression.

Ford was also inspired by OneScreen’s mission and momentum.

“The people, the platform, and the potential,” he shares. “It feels full circle. My first professional role was with CVS Health’s Brand Innovation Team, where I learned how data and behavior drive strategy. That same curiosity brought me here.”

Now, he’s focused on helping brands (especially emerging CPG companies) tap into OOH in smarter, more measurable ways.

Ford ran the 126th Boston Marathon in 2022 for the Greg Hill Foundation. As a proud Boston native, it was a meaningful way to give back to the city that shaped him.

👋 Meet Megan Fowkes

Senior Solutions Architect, Partnerships

Megan’s path to OneScreen is powered by data, creativity, and a deep love for OOH.

Megan began her career in data analytics at Mediavest in NYC before transitioning to integrated media planning. Her data-first mindset helped shape strategic plans that drove real impact. But it wasn’t until a later move back to the Boston area that she fell in love – with OOH, that is.

After roles at Billups and Clear Channel, Megan began collaborating closely with OneScreen as a partner.

“It wasn’t long before I felt like I was already part of the team,” she says.

When asked why she’s all in on OOH, Megan doesn’t mince words:

“I will die on this hill – OOH is the sexiest advertising medium.”
From the “wow” factor to the selfie-worthy moments, Megan views OOH as the ultimate way for brands to say, “We’ve arrived.”

What sealed the deal for joining OneScreen?

“This team is a powerhouse. Every person brings something unique to the table, and I’m excited to see where we’ll go next.”

Despite her high energy, Megan doesn’t drink coffee – she just can’t handle the bitter taste!
